Meeting Minutes

April 12, 2005

Lowell called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

Roll call: Lowell Hite – Present; Bev Reese – Present; Laura Clark – Present; Aaron Reedy, Clerk – Present.

Laura made a motion to approve the March 2005 meeting minutes. Bev second. All yea.

Bev made a motion to approve the March 2005 Financial statement. Laura second. All yea.

Aaron said he put $5,000 from the deposit fund into a CD last Friday – should get 4% interest.

Lowell asked Aaron to send an invoice to Walnut Creek Sewer District for collection fees for the quarter.

Bev made a motion to adjourn. Laura second. All yea. The time is 6:52 p.m.
