Meeting Minutes

February 8, 2005

Lowell called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m.

Roll call: Lowell Hite – Present; Bev Reese – Present; Laura Clark – Present; Aaron Reedy, Clerk – Present.

Bev made a motion to approve the January 2005 meeting minutes. Laura second. All yea.

Bev made a motion to approve the January 2005 Financial statement. Laura second. All yea.

Lowell said that next month they will look at possibly raising the water rates.

Board looked over copies of work orders left in their box. 1) Need shutoff valve installed at the Village’s First St. building. 2) Primitive Baptist Church says their shutoff valve is broken. Lowell said it was fine when he shut if off recently. Lowell said he’d check the shutoff and get with Michelle.

Lowell said the new meter at Starlite Lanes hasn’t been replaced yet.

Lowell said the Walnut Creek Sewer District is now under contract with a company to provide licensed workers. WCSD also hired a man to read our meters.

Laura made a motion to adjourn. Bev second. All yea. The time is 7:10 p.m.
